"Closer" by Nine Inch Nails! One of the most imaginative videos I've ever seen; this is truly a work of art. (FYI: It's the other music video the Museum of Modern Art added to its collection). Trent Reznor, mastermind behind the industrial music project that is NIN, said of it: "The rarest of things occurred: where the song sounded better to me, seeing it with the video. And it's my song." It was directed by Mark Romanek.
