So apparently, a monument to Kurt Cobain has been erected in his hometown of Aberdeen, Washington. Not that I think Cobain was the god of rock or anything, but it should have been done a lot sooner. Nirvana influenced so many awesome bands, not to mention getting some notice for the Seattle grunge scene.
But get this: it's not even a sculpture of him. It's of his Fender guitar, and it's gray and boring. I don't know - I just think something more special is needed.
