Rolling Stone Has No Idea . . .

Rolling Stone magazine released what it thinks are the top 100 singers today, and as usual, the worlds of rock and metal were grossly underrepresented, and the closest they came to including contemporary music was Kurt Cobain. It's true, there are some really good acts from the old days, but come on, so many new vocal techniques have been tried now that have never been done before. Just saying.
So anyway, in honor of this, I'm going to post my own favorite singers, along with short blurbs. I'm not going to rank them, because I think that's like trying to decide if the Venus de Milo is better than the Mona Lisa - they're both beautiful in different ways.

Check out the Rolling Stone article here.
