Let me apologize for the lateness of this post: I think the time change has me screwed up, because I completely forgot about posting anything yesterday.The new music for this week is Adele, and I've got to say, never have I been so inspired by a powerful female voice since Amy Lee's debut with Evanescence. The 22-year-old British songstress has more than enough soul to go around.
I decided to feature Adele rather than her new album, 21, because I don't feel like she's terribly well-known - which is undeserved. She's every bit as good as countrywoman Amy Winehouse, without all the psycho drama - at least not yet. I particularly recommend "Rolling in the Deep" as a showcase of her voice - it's good stuff. I'll post the video above, and be sure to check out 21.
